Job Title Accounts Assistant (Part Time)

My client, a well established manufacturing organisation in West Cork is currently seeking a part-time Accounts Assistant to provide high quality financial and administrative support to the Finance Team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all accounts payable invoicing and process purchase orders
  • Documenting and filing weekly invoices
  • Process weekly payroll for approx 35 employees
  • Weekly/Monthly and Quarter end financial reporting as requested for new and ongoing projects
  • Provide general administrative support as and when required
The successful candidate

  • 2 years experience in a similar role with a relevant Accounting Technician qualification
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and SAGE
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Analytical yet creative in your approach to solving problems with the ability to build relationships across the business
