Job Title Stock Control Administrator
Description

Hartley People are looking to recruit a Stock Control Administrator for our Waterford City based Client. This is a temporary part-time position starting mid-January. It is a 2 month contract initially, with strong possibility of permanency. The role will require the following;

  • Enter purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) into internal databases
  • Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS)
  • Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed
  • Track shipments and address any delays
  • Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items
  • Coordinate regular inventory audits
  • Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments)
  • Dealing with Customer Queries
